Product Description
This product is a full-life grease made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickened with highly chemically stable perfluoropolyether.
Performance characteristics
(1) the working temperature is very wide, excellent high temperature stability and oxidation stability;
(2) low volatility, low wear, high bearing capacity;
(3) Combustion resistance, radiation resistance and corrosion resistance;
(4) Good compatibility with most rubber and plastics;
(5) water resistance, oil resistance, vacuum resistance, resistance to most organic solvents and strong acid and alkali.
Scope of application
(1) Suitable for film stretching tenter bearings, heat setting machine conveyor belt bearings, high temperature baking furnace chain bearings, PTA separation
Heart machine differential bearing;
(2) Lubrication of special lubricating parts of automobiles, wiper motor bearings and corrugated paper machine bearings;
(3) suitable for high temperature, high load mechanical shaft lubrication;
(4) Lubrication and sealing of bearings, pumps, valves and sealing rings of semiconductor clean rooms and vacuum environment equipment.
